What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer worldwide tracked shipping with delivery times ranging from 3 to 10 business days. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Can I cancel my order?

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Customers bear the return shipping cost unless there is an error on our end.

How do I start a return?

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I exchange an item?

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted.

Are sale items or gift cards returnable?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What is the European Union 14-day cooling-off period?

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without reason. The item must be in its original condition with tags and packaging.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@reoeyewear.com

Do you offer any warranties on your products?

At REO Eyewear, we offer a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers any issues with the frame or components within 6 months of purchase. If there's a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the sunglasses at no cost. However, this warranty does not cover damage from improper use, abuse, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear, such as lens scratches. To claim your warranty, keep your purchase receipt and contact our customer service team. We are here to assist you with any issues you may have.
