Shipping Information
We offer worldwide shipping and take care to ensure your order is carefully packed and delivered to you in perfect condition.
- EU Shipping (including the United Kingdom): Estimated delivery is within 3–8 business days once your order has been processed and shipped.
- Shipping Outside the EU: Estimated delivery is within 3–10 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €75.

Return/Exchange Policy
At REO Eyewear, we want you to absolutely love your new frames! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges on unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, email us at info@reoeyewear.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Please note:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@reoeyewear.com, and we’ll ensure a swift resolution.
Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and we’ll update you on your refund or exchange.
